Ingredients:

  • Chicken cut into medium pieces - ½ kg
  • Onion - 1 large, diced
  • Chopped spring onions - 3 tbsp
  • Green chillies, chopped-1 small
  • Ginger, chopped - 1 tsp
  • Garlic cloves - 2
  • Pepper powder - ½ tsp
  • Soya sauce - 2-3 tbsp


Chillie Chicken Reciepes-Marinate the chicken pieces n soya sauce and pepper for about 2 to 3 hours. Drain the marinade well and keep both aside.  Preheat a deep pan and drop in the marinated chicken and roast well on both sides. Mix in the garlic, chopped ginger, green chillies and diced onions.

Cover and cook till the chicken is tender. Dry up the excess moisture, add the marinade and the chopped spring onions. Stir-fry for a few minutes, Remove from heat and serve hot with fried rice.
